Ten years ago, because of the profound effect that a personal long-term care experience had upon her and her family, Carol Frazier changed careers to become a long-term care insurance specialist.  She specializes exclusively in long-term care planning and holds two industry designations – Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) and Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP).  

In 2002 Carol was selected as one of 16 presenters for the Federal Long-Term Care Insurance Plan (FLTCIP) where she provided educational seminars to Federal employees, retirees, military, and postal employees throughout the United States.  FLTCIP was offered to 20 million government employees and is the largest voluntary long-term care offering in history.  Carol  continues to be a national speaker and presenter and regularly presents long-term care educational programs for major LTCi carriers to large employer groups across the U.S.  Additionally, Carol speaks locally for civic and community groups.

In addition to counseling with individuals and their families, Carol provides consulting services for long-term care benefit plans to business owners, financial advisors, insurance professionals, attorneys and accountants. 

Carol is active in her community and has served as officer and board member for several community organizations. She is a long-standing member of the American Association of Long-Term Care Insurance.  Carol is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a BA in Broadcast Communications.

David Frazier has first hand knowledge of how taking care of parents can take a toll on families.  Having been an integral part of the caregiving team for his parents and parent's-in-law he knows the conseqences of not having a plan in place and strongly encourages people to plan now for their future long-term care needs.

David is committed to protecting families through proper planning.  He specializes in long-term care planning and also offers expertise in life insurance and fixed annuities in order to develop a strategy that best meets an individual's specific needs and goals.

David is a member of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance and holds the Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP) designation.
